Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Attach the Label
Print your generated returns label and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to your nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
